Overflow Episode 7

Overflow Episode 7: Where fried calamari is NOT on the menu, but something else definitely IS.

Okay, so like, this episode starts with a REAL head-scratcher: Ayane, wearing only an apron. And no, it's not for a bake sale! Apparently, some genius in her class told her it's how to get a guy's attention. 🙄 Cue the eye roll, right?

Ayane's trying REALLY hard to impress her "nii-nii" (that's big brother, for you newbies). It's all very Oedipus, if you ask me. They're not REALLY siblings, but they act like it, except when they don't...if you catch my drift.

Anyway, there's a LOT of awkwardness, some REALLY heavy breathing, and a few lines that are so cheesy, they belong on a pizza. Think "your insides are slippery" and you're in the ballpark. 🤢

And just when things are about to go full-blown Titanic (the steamy part, not the iceberg scene), BAM! The other "sister" walks in! And she's all "What's that smell? Fried calamari?" Like, girl, you're clueless!

The episode ends with a super-catchy J-Pop song about...wait for it...convenience store pudding! Because nothing says "forbidden love" like a plastic cup of sugary goo.

Overall, Overflow Episode 7 is like that weird dream you have after eating too much candy: confusing, kind of gross, but you can't look away. Will they? Won't they? Who even knows anymore! Just pass the pudding and let's see what happens next week.
