Okay, so this cartoon story is about this guy, Shio-nii, and his girlfriend, Mizuki-chan. It's summer vacation, and it's hot like being stuck in a car with the windows up! Shio-nii's been gone for a whole year and now he's back to stay at Mizuki-chan's house because her mom works a lot.
Shio-nii seems worried that Mizuki-chan has changed, like when milk goes sour. He even uses bad words about it, which is not very nice. But Mizuki-chan is super happy to see him and acts like a puppy wanting to play. She wants to be close to him all the time.
Here's the weird part: they wear swimsuits even though they are inside! And they do grown-up stuff, even though Shio-nii keeps saying he thinks of Mizuki-chan like a kid. It's like saying you don't like cookies, but then you eat the whole jar!
Mizuki-chan's mom is kinda clueless, like she doesn't even notice what's going on. She just keeps saying things like "have fun" and "look after the house." It's kind of funny in a strange way.
The story is mostly about them doing grown-up stuff in different places in the house, and Mizuki-chan seems to like it a lot. She gets really loud, which is kind of embarrassing. Shio-nii seems to like it too, even though he says he doesn't like that Mizuki-chan is "dirty." I don't get that part; shouldn't they take a bath if they're dirty?
Anyway, it seems like their summer vacation is going to be very interesting...
