Oh boy, where do I even start with this wild ride? Picture this: a stressed-out, middle-aged OB-GYN doctor named Hiroyoshi, who’s had it up to here with his job and all the old ladies he deals with daily. Enter Rena, a cheeky high school girl who’s got a bit of a reputation but is actually pretty innocent deep down. She’s there for a douching appointment, but things take a turn when her friend Ayano, a sweet, innocent-looking girl who’s secretly a closet pervert, tags along. What follows is a twisted tale of deception, blackmail, and some seriously questionable medical practices.
Hiroyoshi, the so-called “doctor,” uses his position to take advantage of these girls, tricking them into thinking his creepy advances are part of their treatment. Rena tries to stand up to him, but he’s got dirt on her and Ayano, so she’s stuck playing along. Meanwhile, Ayano, who’s clueless about what’s really going on, ends up being manipulated into some very *ahem* intimate “exams.” The whole thing is a mix of dark humor and cringe-worthy moments, with Rena constantly calling Hiroyoshi every name in the book (scumbag, sleazeball, you name it) while trying to protect her friend.
On the plus side, the animation is pretty decent, and the characters are drawn in a way that’s both cute and sexy. The story, while messed up, keeps you hooked with its over-the-top drama and ridiculous situations. On the downside, the whole premise is pretty skeevy, and Hiroyoshi is such a despicable character that you’ll want to reach through the screen and give him a good slap. If you’re into taboo themes and don’t mind a lot of morally questionable content, this one might be up your alley. Just don’t expect to feel good about yourself afterward!
