It's like she read the *Mean Girls* playbook, but instead of wearing pink on Wednesdays, she's all about making boys her personal playthings.
Anyway, Minato's like a love-struck puppy (get it? 'cause she calls him a dog, lol) and he'll do ANYTHING for Chitose, even if it means watching her get busy with random dudes. Talk about awkward! It's like that scene in *Titanic* where Jack draws Rose, but instead of art supplies, there's, well... you get the picture.
And speaking of pictures, the setting for this episode is like, a park or something? It's supposed to be romantic, but all I could think was "Don't they know there are ants out here?!" Anyway, Chitose uses the whole "public indecency" thing to her advantage, making Minato squirm while she has her fun.
So, ironic twist alert! Chitose acts all tough and uncaring, but deep down, she kinda likes Minato's pathetic devotion. She's like a cat playing with a mouse, only the mouse is really into getting batted around. It's messed up, but hey, that's hentai for ya!
By the end of the episode, Minato's basically putty in Chitose's hands. He's even willing to, you know, do the deed just because she tells him to. Talk about being whipped!
